Coronavirus XXVII

A quiet Easter.
Churches closed; sloth indwelling
coronavirus—-

but close the churches?
I spend time at home reading
Barth on God’s gift of

death. I know what he
means. A light wind off the bay
refreshes these rooms,

Spring leaves on the trees
dapple my walls. I’m not sure
Barth got that part right.
