Can you think, my love,
God beyond good and evil?
High clouds light the bay,
the bay lights the high
clouds —- the difference relates
to what’s beyond them.
The boats, the ducks, float
in these profound surfaces.
We lean over the
edge together to
see ourselves together in
promiscuous light.
