The empty slips shine,
the boats all gone out under
towering bright clouds.
Silence. Emptiness.
Eternity keeps its dis-
stance, letting things be.
Another great day
for the virus. Who’s counting.
What is happiness?
I wonder if the
ducks notice I am the one
who passes daily.
